Once our online application is completed, we are able to get you pre-approved in 20 minutes. We can also go from pre-approval to clear-to-close in 10 days, and we can close in 15 days!
Our process is all digital
We are completely paperless, saving our clients time and effort. No need to worry about faxing, scanning, or printing any documents throughout the entire process. Our company app allows you to complete your loan solely through the software; you can take photos of your documents and then upload them onto the app. Simple as that!
Around-the-clock customer service
We never have a hard stop at 5 pm. If you need to chat or receive a pre-approval letter at 10 pm, we will do it. We’ve done it before! We are always dedicated to our customers.
Zero lender fees + closing cost credit
Loan Pronto has ZERO lender fees. We do not charge origination, application, commitment or any other junk fee that your current lender might be sneaking it there. On top of that, often times, we are able to give our borrowers a lender credit that goes towards closing costs. On average, we are $2,500-$3,000 cheaper than your realtor’s in-house lender, builder’s lender and big bank!
One of our recent customers received an offer from the builder’s lender, Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, with an interest rate of 5.125% and $3,000 lender credit. They decided to get a second opinion and ended up working with Loan Pronto. We gave them a credit score of 4.99% with a lender credit of $8,000 saving them $9,620 over the next five years.
We also have a customer who is closing next week, who ultimately was going to work with their realtor’s lender, Movement Mortgage, until they saw what we could do for them.
